NetWorth Services, Inc. is a financial information services and software consulting company that is setting the industry standard for all cost basis securities information. Created in response to the need for an accurate, efficient cost basis calculation solution, NetWorth Services, Inc. developed patent-pending Net Basis 2000 (NB7). NB7 takes the headache out of calculating historical security changes due to stock splits, mergers, dividend reinvestments and every other possible cost basis adjustment.

On October 4, 2002, the National Research Project (NRP) received the Commissioners Award for the successful design and implementation of a random audit of 50,000 taxpayers. NetBasis served as a critical component of this study, which allowed the NRP to effectively access historical cost basis information. The financial securities data available through the NB7 system is used by institutions around the world including the United States Federal Reserve System, universities and endowments.

NB7 provides highly accurate cost basis data on stocks and mutual funds through batch and automated processes to government tax agencies, accounting firms, large financial institutions, shareholder services companies, and money managers.
