Transaction

A transaction is used by clicking on the “Calculate” button located throughout the Netbasis application or by selecting the “Corporate Action Look Up” feature and clicking Submit.

Refund policy

If a customer purchases any transaction packages and only uses a portion of those transactions, the unused transactions will remain in the customer's account for a period of one year and are not refundable. If a customer purchases any transaction packages and does not use any of those transactions, then a request for a refund can be submitted to customerservice@networthservices.com. Please include your contact information.
